    I had received an email from Blaze Pizza with an offer for a Buy One, Get One Free Pizza when ordering on the app. My husband and I each placed an order. When we went to get our pizzas we found we had not input the order correctly so they had only made one pizza for each of us, instead of two. The manager, I believe her name was Emily, said they would be happy to make our additional pizzas or give us a coupon for a future visit, which we opted for. Not only did she “make it right” for us, she turned it into a superior customer service experience for us.
