  I was treated like scum! Felt as if I was applying for a home loan for all the documents I was asked for, as proof that I was not going to steal their car. She even said it loud enough to her MGR, that she wasn't going to let me rent "HER" car because I could steal it due that I brought a utility bill from an unknown company to her as proof of residency! 3 customers in the lobby as witness! Brought her 2 more bills, and was eventually approved by her for a car, they just didn't have one available! Got me an upgrade instead. Sticky and dirty. Her attitude improved eventually but the damage had been done!
